If you’ve never heard of Ipsy, it’s a monthly makeup and beauty subscription. It only costs $10 per month and you receive a makeup bag and five products ranging from deluxe samples to full-sized beauty products. When you get started with the subscription, you fill out a questionnaire about what types of products and brands you are interested in. I love Ipsy because you get a lot of great products for a low price and get to learn about and try new brands. They also include discount codes for most of the brands, so if you like a brand you can purchase more of their products and save some money. I received the following in my November Ipsy bag:
Color is Bae Lip Lacquer in Moxie Mauve by Elizabeth Mott ($20 for full-sized product)
I didn’t think this product was anything amazing. It was a bit dry and I wasn’t terribly fond of the color I received. You can get 30% off all purchases with the code ‘BAE30’.
Botanical Pure Masks by Bonvivant ($3 each – $9 value)
I’ve only used one of the three masks that I received so far, but I really liked it! You can get 30% off any Bonvivant purchase with the code ‘IPSYXBONVIVANT16’.
Brightening Vanilla Face Setting Powder by Besame Cosmetics ($22 for full-sized product)
This face setting powder is pretty nice and has a great smell. I don’t find it to be terribly brightening though. You can get 20% off your purchase with the code ‘ipsy20’.
Brow Wand Eyebrow Pencil in Chocolate by Skone Cosmetics ($18 value)
I like this brow pencil, but I feel like the tip is a bit large for my taste. You can get 10% off your entire purchase with the code ‘skone10’
Mad Lash Mascara by theBalm Cosmetics ($18 for full-sized product)
I am in LOVE with this mascara. Mascara is one of those beauty products that I’ve never really found a product that I’ve been 100% satisfied with, but this stuff is amazing. It really lengthens and curls my lashes! You can get 20% off your purchase with the code ‘IPSY20’.
Do you use Ipsy? What did you get in your bag this month?
