Kenra Grip Collection Review

Summer is officially here, which means it’s time to prepare for those long, hot summer days! I tend to wear my hair up a lot more in the summer months, and favorite summer hairstyles consist of loose, textured braids.

To help achieve those loose, textured braids, I have started reaching for products from the new Kenra Grip Collection. Kenra’s Air Grip Spray 5 is great for adding grip, volume, and flexible hold. I like to use this spray anytime I’m creating a braid because it helps to hold the braid together and it adds texture to messy braids.

When I’m looking to add more volume to my hair, I like to use the Whip Grip Mousse 9. I typically use this mousse if I’m creating some sort of updo or a french braid. I love this product because it adds a lot of volume,  but unlike a lot of other mousse products that I have used, it doesn’t leave your hair feeling stiff. Oh, and this stuff smells ah-mazing!

To finish off my looks, I like to use the Kenra High Grip Spray 20, which has a lightweight formula. This spray is great for adding texture! If you’re looking for something that has a bit more hold, or have really thick hair like I do, I would recommend using  Kenra’s Platinum Finishing Spray 26 or Kenra Ultra Freeze Spray 30, which I wrote about last month.

Have you tried any products from the Kenra Grip Collection?

Until next time,
